Using the selector.
Your task, priority, optional team note and prompt edits are handled in your browser. The selector uses the curated catalogue and does not upload these inputs to the Hub or an AI provider. You do not need an account.
The website’s own frontend has no advertising cookies, third-party analytics or account database. Fonts and assets are served from this website.
Save on this device.
Saving is an explicit choice. When you choose Save on this device, the shortlist and its included inputs and prompt are stored in this browser’s local storage. You can keep up to eight shortlists and manage or remove them at Saved shortlists.
Saved items do not sync across browsers or devices. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to read them. Clearing site data or using a private browsing session can remove saved work; export Markdown if you need a copy to keep elsewhere. Avoid including confidential information in a team note or saved prompt.
Copying and exporting.
Copy controls write to your clipboard when you choose them. Markdown export creates a file on your device. Your clipboard, downloaded files and any location where you share them are under your control.
Requesting customer materials.
The request form uses the email address you enter to prepare a mailto link. Preparing the request sends nothing and does not authenticate an account. You open the request in your email app, review it and send it yourself. No password is requested; you can contact the address directly instead.
Contact correspondence.
When you send an email, your address, message and attachments are processed by the email services used to receive and answer it. Correspondence is used to respond, agree on service requirements and keep relevant project records. Do not send passwords, API keys or unnecessary confidential information. Contact correspondence is not sold.
Hosting and network providers.
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes requests to deliver and protect the website. This can include IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and timestamps.
The website is delivered through Cloudflare, whose own services and data practices apply. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for that provider’s practices.
External links and your choices.
A provider link opens an independent website with its own cookies, account requirements and privacy policy. The Hub does not send your team note, shortlist or prompt to that provider. If you paste or upload material there, the provider’s terms and data practices apply.
You can ask about, correct or request deletion of contact correspondence through contact@everythingaihub.com. Some records may need to be retained where applicable law requires it. Use the saved-item controls or clear this website’s browser data to remove local shortlists.
